Mark Zuckerberg is an American computer programmer and Internet entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of Facebook and currently operates as the Chairman and CEO of the billion Dollar Company.

Mark Zuckerberg began using computers and writing software in while he was still in school.
His father had taught him how to Programme using the Atari Basic Programming. His father later hired an expert to help tutor him privately.
Mark Zuckerberg was able to develop computer software’s while he was still in college. He mainly specialized in developing games and communication tools. He had an idea where he developed a software called ZuckNet that allowed the computers between his father’s office and their home to communicate with each other.
Mark also wrote a program that called Course Match, which enabled users to make a class selection based on decisions of the choices of other students. It also allowed the other students to form study groups.
Later, he developed another program called Facemash just for fun, which allowed other students to select the best-looking person from the choice of photos. Mark was inspired to start Facemash from his previous school where they had a program called “The Photo Address Book”, which students referred to as “The Facebook”.
In January 2004, Mark began writing a code for a new website, which he called Facebook. He had help from three of his college friends. Although they didn’t originally know they were building the site, they thought at the time they were building a website for the Harvard University called HarvardConnection.com.
In February 2004, Zuckerberg launched Facebook from his Harvard dormitory room. He started the site for Harvard but later on decided to spread it to other schools with Universities such as New York University, Stanford, Cornel, University of Pennsylvania and Yale.
And that is how the billion dollar company came to be from the ideas of the Brilliant Mark Zuckerburg.
